About the Role

As a Water Technician, you will be on the front lines of our restoration efforts. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively, represent our company positively in customer-facing interactions, and serve as an on-site manager by leading teammates during restoration jobs. From loading equipment to generating estimates and resolving customer questions, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the outstanding service FastPro is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Guide and oversee teammates on restoration job sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Customer Interaction

Represent FastPro Restoration positively by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and ensuring exceptional service.

Damage Assessment

Inspect properties to evaluate water damage and determine required services.

Estimates

Create accurate on-site estimates for restoration services and communicate them clearly to clients.

Logistics

Load equipment into work trucks, drive to customer locations, and set up the workspace for effective restoration services.

Qualifications

Certification: Valid IICRC certification (required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in water damage restoration or a similar field.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions and team collaboration.
Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed while on call.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time during working hours.
License: Valid driver’s license is required.

Applicant Requirements

Schedule & Location

Position Type

Full-time, 40 hours per week minimum.

Typical Schedule

7 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements for nights and weekends.

Work Environment

On the road, visiting customer properties to perform restoration services.
